Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Our general shipping time is 4-5 business days for items in stock and 8-10 days for items out of stock.

Our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery like Bluedart. You will always receive your order in a NEESCA branded tamper proof. In case you believe your package has been tampered, please don’t accept the same.

Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Currently, we take orders for delivery within India. We are working on making NEESCA available globally, so stay connected with us!

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our team via email contact@neesca.com.

For orders that are already dispatched, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.
