Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 2 business day. Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days upon confirmation. Delivery to locations which are in low coverage or difficult to reach areas may take between 10-12 working days.

Order Deliveries will be Made Between

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However NEESCA takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • NEESCA is not responsible for damage after delivery.

How much does it cost me to have a NEESCA product delivered to my home?

NEESCA provides free shipping on all items within India.

Can I fast-track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Our general shipping time is 4-5 business days for items in stock and 8-10 days for items out of stock.

When will my NEESCA product reach me?

Our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. How will the delivery be done?

We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery like Bluedart. You will always receive your order in a NEESCA branded tamper proof. In case you believe your package has been tampered, please don’t accept the same.

How safe is my product and is it insured?

Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Does NEESCA deliver internationally?

Currently, we take orders for delivery within India. We are working on making NEESCA available globally, so stay connected with us!

Can the shipping address be changed or updated after I have placed an order?

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our team via email contact@neesca.com.

For orders that are already dispatched, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.
